Psychosocial support program
Advancing the profession of counseling as an essential element of psychological intervention in confronting abuse is the major objective of this program.
- One to one directional counseling

Research and advocacy program
Research is major activity and a prerequisite for any ECCA intervention because ECCA's intervention initiatives are based on actual facts. Research is undertaken in the areas of GBV, whose findings are used to foster effective lobbying and advocating for the end of GBV, championing for human rights for children, men and women, and individual empowerment.

Capacity building program
It has the role to strengthen the capacity of individuals, communities and institutions to address GBV in Uganda , through training workshops and production of manuals and hand books for trainers and users to refer to.

Child support program
This program is specifically designed to address the needs of those vulnerable ECCA children clients and their guardians. This it does through/by providing two schemes namely;
Child sponsorship and Family empowerment schemes.
The target groups under these two schemes are:-
- Severely abused and sexually abused children
- Children at risk of reported abuse and sexual abuse
- Orphaned children and children from extremely impoverished backgrounds
- Families that are economically disadvantaged
- Families where women are increasingly in abusive relationships
- Families with women who are affected and infected by HIV/AIDS
- Children affected and infected by HIV/AIDS

Community empowerment program
This is ECCA's out reach program for the community. Through this program, women and men, individuals and groups, community leaders, child welfare practitioners, service providers and parents to achieve the following;
- To reduce poverty levels among the community
- To provide social support to each other
- To promote social change among community members
- Improve service delivery among service providers
